We recommend daily reflections through our Journal feature, weekly memory uploads, and monthly in-depth conversations with your ChroniTwin. However, the frequency is entirely up to you and your personal needs.

You have complete control and can delete any or all of your data at any time. We provide a simple deletion interface, and your data will be removed from all systems within 30 days. Legacy Mode data requires special authorization.

Yes. You can download your ChroniTwin for offline use on your personal devices. All conversations and memories sync when you reconnect to the internet.
